In the day an age of social media, we understand that you may want to repost the pictures you see shared on social media, or in the event that you personally enjoyed the work, share pictures taken of the work. You must credit Yemonja Smalls every time this is done.

Copyright protection

All artwork and content on Dr. Yemonja Smalls’ website is legally protected by  U.S. & International copyright laws.  Images may be used for personal use, as in screen savers or reposted on social media with credit to the artist.  Under NO circumstance is it permitted for you to use them for commercial purposes, without proper and prior permission from Dr. Yemonja Smalls, or her legal advisers.

Unauthorized duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted.

Dr. Yemonja Smalls retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of having sold the original image unless specifically spelled out in purchase agreement.  You must contact Yemonja for permission to use an image for commercial purposes, whether or not you now own the original artwork.
